My one-to-one Garden Studio space
When starting out with training your body after injury or just a period of time which made making time to exercise hard to fit in I can very much understand joining a group class could be daunting. I have a studio at my home where I can take personal training either in Pilates, Yoga or Body Conditioning training. This may be a preferred option to classes or a way in so that any worries can be put to rest and technique can be learnt or refined. I also make home visits but if you are stuck for space please contact me to book a personal session in my home studio.
